  • 14-day advance notice is required for Cancellation or shortening of stay and is subject to $20 rescheduling fee. For cancellations within two weeks prior to scheduled stay, a 30% surcharge of the original amount will apply although every effort will be made to rebook. No shows and No cancellations are responsible for the total amount.
